I think I may have suffered my first setback. I ran 5.92 on the treadmill when I got home from work - and afterwards had pain on the top of my right foot. I had noticed it previously - but thought it may have been from either board breaking or sparring two Fridays ago. It may be more than that - I sat through a movie and it was causing some discomfort throughout.
I think it's time for new running shoes - and I'll take tomorrow off to see if there's an improvement. I'm also thinking I may try a stationary bike for a few days to avoid any additional stress.
