My first long run - either 25% of the week's total mileage of 2.5 hours - whichever is less. The 25% of the week's total mileage was less - so I ran 14.13km in 1 hour 18 minutes. And I did it outside... I was the guy with the tights and the balaclava - but I was warm (pretty much).
After the run and for the rest of the day I ate like crazy to re-fuel the muscles. I even went out and bought some Morning Crisp (high in sugar, so it doesn't official meet the "healthy" breakfast cereal list) and had that for desert after dinner.
I did notice when I was walking around afterwards I had a pain in my right foot. It was in a different place than last time - but again makes me nervous. I think I need to avoid running the day after a long run.
