One of the changes I made this week is to "start" the week on the Sunday - rather than the Monday. It made more sense based on the training program I'm following. Plus - I like that I start the week off with what will normally be the longest run of the week. It feels like I've progressed further and the total weekly mileage isn't a far away goal. There's no pressure in one of my "quality" runs to reach my weekly mileage - I can split a run in two and complete it on the Saturday at an easy pace.
Today was only one run for 8.05km.
