Day 51
15.21km over two runs today. Still a bit panicked about getting all my runs in - but a cancellation for Saturday night makes it a bit easier. I remember a conversation I had almost a year ago with a runner. She had completed a few marathons and commented on people who let running consume their lives - people who were so focused on completing their weekly mileage - wouldn't go out, wouldn't socialize because they had a run the next day. I've been thinking about that conversation because I've been wondering how much I'll be giving up (the word sacrifice sounds way too dramatic). Wow... deep thoughts...
