Day 101 - 66 Days To Go
I'm almost half way through Phase III - the toughest phase of the training. It feels like the toughest phase. Today was another quality training day - 2 miles easy, 2 x (15 minutes threshold pace, 3 minute rests), 1 x (10 minutes threshold pace), 2 miles easy. I ended up cutting the final 10 minutes at threshold to 8 minutes. Mentally I had enough. I totaled 13.68km.
