Oh oh. My foot problem is back. There's a difference this time however - I'm not worried about structural damage so I can run through the pain. During a day long conference at the college, I noticed that my shoe felt tight around my right foot.
During my run in the evening - I noticed there was a problem in the exact same spot about ten minutes into my run. I immediately stopped, put some padding that I had bought a few weeks ago (but wasn't using of course) on the problem spot (I doubled it up) and then made sure my shoe was not too tight. It seemed to do the trick. I'm not considering it a serious problem.
It was one run today - 10.14km on the treadmill.
