I had 12.68km left to reach my weekly mileage - so I broke it down to two runs. A 7.48km run early afternoon and another 5.2km run late evening. I had to really will myself to do the second run - I could have easily rationalized that I should rest in advance of my "quality" run tomorrow.
I also used up my Running Room gift card that I got at Christmas. I bought myself a "fuel belt" - four mini water bottles that you wrap around your waist. The one larger bottle version that I have kept flying out of the holster if there was too much liquid in it.
The stats below include last Sunday - because I switched the start of the week from a Monday to the Sunday both totals for Week 6 and Week 7 include the same Sunday.
