I started my run late and had evening plans, so I didn't get the full workout in - but I did post 6.44km so that I'm only a few kilometers off my goal mileage for the week.
I had my second straight night of push back for my no-alcohol commitment. It wasn't fierce and they recognize that it's "part of my training". I find it funny that not doing something could be part of a training program.
