An 8.2km outdoor run to end the week. I only had cereal before I went for my run and had some energy problems early on but I pushed through it. Tonight I've been focusing on drinking enough water - I don't want a repeat of my leg twinges from last Sunday.
I'm also going to try and do my run at 7:30am tomorrow - which is the start time of the marathon. Good chance to get my body used to running early in the day.
