Day 151 - 16 Days To Go
I ran on the treadmill this afternoon. I probably could have run outside but the overcast, cool, drizzly weather wasn't too appealing. I got in 6.53km over 40 minutes leaving me with about 5km tomorrow to hit my weekly mileage. After the run I went to martial arts again - and had a good 40 minutes of sparring. I was exhausted by the end. These workouts would be great for shorter high intensity runs, but not sure it does much for long distance runners. I do notice that I recover relatively fast.
