Another week and another month done. Two weeks left. It was a nice short run (5km) in beautiful weather. I didn't feel that great running it but I think that just stresses the importance of being mentally prepared for the race. The taper continues - this week was 70% of my peak mileage, next week it goes down to 60% of my peak.
