I've decided to make this another rest day. I've got another quality training session tomorrow that should take me get me around 20km, so between the two quality runs I'll have completed 49.1km or my 68.0km goal for the week. A run on Thursday, another on Friday will let me hit my weekly goal so I'll take Saturday off before my next long run.
I'm interested too see how I feel over the next couple of weeks. My weekly mileage will continually decrease over the next 5 weeks until the race - and with my long quality days - I should have more rest days.
